    $TIP OF THE DAY: Thinking about buying a house? Here are MY house rules. Only by a house if: 1) You have a family and want to raise them in a specific neighborhood w/ the yard and dog (yada yada yada) the ‘american dream’ scenario. 2) The cost of your mortgage is ‘rentable’. This means if you one day had to rent said property, your tenant’s rent would AT THE VERY LEAST cover your mortgage.
