The Program offers assistance to low and moderate income Township homeowners. Towns like West Orange, NJ are now able to lend eligible Township homeowners up to $20,000, at 0% interest, to help fix up their homes!! (tip via J. Crystal Anderson)

    Some towns call this program, Housing Rehabilitation Program. The money you borrow can be issued as a grant or an interest free loan due only when the house is sold!

    If you’re a homeowner (like moi). Call your township’s office ASAP!! There may be almost free money waiting for you!!
